The NHTLH Medical Missionary Class

Welcome to the NHTLH Medical Missionary class. This class was created to help you to use God's 8 doctors to help relieve sickness and suffering. We hope that this information will be a blessing to you as you seek to help the sick and suffering through the use of these timeless methods.

Our main instructor for this training program is Brother James Luke. James Sylvester Luke was born in the island of St. Thomas United States Virgin Islands. He is currently married to the former Erica Charles from St. Croix. They currently reside in Georgia where they both co-founded a health and consulting corporation and own an in-home lifestyle center.

In 2002, James decided to give up his corporate job and instead use his talents to glorify God. He became a Literature Evangelist/Health Educator and has since touched thousands of lives throughout the United States and the Caribbean with the message of Health, Healing and Restoration. He has worked as the Director of Medical Missionary Training for the Review and Herald Publishing Association. James has conducted health lectures and seminars for corporate America, governmental agencies, and has even worked with a number of celebrities. He is also a Certified Personal Fitness Chef.

James taught at the College of Health Evangelism where he was able to help start the Advancement Department at Wildwood Lifestyle Center and Hospital in GA. With his zeal for the Health Ministry and his love for the Lord, James has recruited and trained many individuals, including doctors, nurses, dieticians and several Conferences in the Health Education field.

James believes that the message of health, healing and restoration should be available to every nation, kindred, tongue, and people, just like the gospel message. He teaches from three perspectives: The Bible, Inspiration and Good Science giving you by far the most advanced and balanced teaching in health reform. As a result of these methods, many individuals have reversed their diabetes, lowered their blood pressure, lowered their cholesterol levels, lost weight, renew their spiritual lives, resolved both male and female issues and much more.

Upon satisfactory completion of the online course with all assignments and having fully met any financial obligations, the student will be awarded a certificate of completion.

This training class was brought about by the persistant efforts of Sister Gwen Shorter, Women’s Ministry Director for the Central Filipino Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Los Angeles, California. The Servant of the Lord tells us:

Do not wait, allowing the enemy to take possession of the fields now open before you. Let little companies go forth to do the work to which Christ appointed His disciples. Let them labor as evangelists, scattering our publications and talking of the truth to those they meet. Let them pray for the sick, ministering to their necessities, not with drugs, but with nature's remedies, and teaching them how to regain health and avoid disease." -- Counsels on Health, p. 397.
